Simpson Hogan is a proud 8th-generation Texan who grew up in Dallas and began attending PCPC with her family in 1998. After graduating from The Cambridge School of Dallas, she earned a degree in History and Art History from Auburn University. Following college, Simpson spent a year living and working in Colorado, then served with a ministry in Nassau, Bahamas for nine months. It was during this time in ministry that she felt called to pursue a degree in Christian Counseling, and she met a boy, Brian Hogan. They were married in 2009 and began their life together in Philadelphia, PA where she pursued her degree at Westminster Theological Seminary. Brian soon joined her in seminary and graduated in May 2014. Shortly after, their first child was born in June, and the family returned to Dallas in July. The Hogans are now a family of five, Brian, Simpson, Bennett, Charlotte, and Frank. Simpson is so grateful to be able to serve the church she holds so dear, loving on the newest new members down in the nursery, supporting their precious parents and keeping our saintly volunteers organized and ready to serve.
