This small group will give us tools to navigate our fast-paced, demanding, and grief-filled world. We will reflect on resilience, acceptance, and gratitude. We look forward to this time to ponder what it means to live with peace when life feels chaotic. Please note that each week builds on the week before. While you are welcome to join even if you might miss a week, attending every session is highly recommended. This group costs $15 and registration is required. Limited space is available. Registration opens September 1.
